Equipment Repair Specialist/Maintenance
Department:   Maintenance
Location:   Holiday Inn - Duluth, Minnesota

Inspect and repair all plumbing, heating, cooling, ventilation, electrical, television, telephone, alarm, swim pools, laundry & food and beverage equipment.

Minimum Qualifications:   HVAC knowledge
Preferred Qualifications:    
Shift Hours:   rotating day & afternoon shifts, and rotating weekends.

Server - Porters Restaurant


Location:   Holiday Inn & Suites, Duluth, MN
Responsibilities:   Greet & serve guests in a timely & professional manner.
Minimum Qualifications:  

Must be available to work day shifts, weekends included.

Preferred Qualifications:   Previous F&B experience
Shift Hours:   day shifts, weekends included

Night Auditor

Department:  Front Desk  
Location: Holiday Inn & Suites, Duluth, MN  
Responsibilities: Balance out and account for the daily cash transacations for hotel, restaurants, and banquet department.  Check - in and check-out guests. Cashiering responsibilities. Answer phones and take reservations.  Assist guests with questions regarding hotel, restaurants, and local attractions.  
Minimum Qualifications: Must be professional in both attitude and appearance, and posess a friendly, out-going personaltiy.  Must be able to work overnights from 11 p.m. - 7 a.m., Tuesday thru Saturday.  
Preferred Qualifications: Prevous customer service experience.  
Shift Hours: Overnights.  11 pm - 7 am, Tuesday through Saturday  
Benefits: $11.00 per hour/unfiorms & meals, Health & Life ins., 401k, Vacation & Holiday pay

Housekeeping Guest Room Attendant

Location: Holiday Inn Duluth                                                                                       
Responsibilities: To clean all assigned guest rooms in timely and efficient manner.
Minimum Qualifications: Must be available to work day shifts, weekends included

Housekeeping Supervisor
Location: Holiday Inn Duluth  - Duluth, Minnesota
Department: Housekeeping

To assist the executive housekeeper with the day-to-day operations within the housekeeping department.  Performs room inspections and gives feedback to room attendants. Assists in laundry and with cleaning rooms as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

Previous housekeeping or supervisory experience.

Preferred Qualifications: Previous housekeeping supervisory experience.
Shift hours: day shifts, weekends included

    F&B Supvervisor                                                                     


Location: Holiday Inn, Duluth, MN
Department: Porters & Banquets
Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day operations of Porters Restaurant and assist in Banquet department.  Schedule, lead and supervise line-level associates.  Assist guests with any questions or concerns.  Assist in all areas of restaurant and banquets as needed.
Minimum Qualifications: Previous F&B experience.  Also must be professional in both attitude and appearance, and posess a friendly, customer service personality.
Preferred Qualifications: Previous F&B experience.
Shift hours:

7 am - 3 pm, Wednesdays through Sunday
